Big Edits Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Big Edits ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service between you and Bread and Circuses ("the Company"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Big Edits is a content intelligence platform operated by Bread and Circuses, a content strategy and AI agency. It monitors competitor content activity, analyzes content strategies, and provides actionable insights through automated reports and alerts. Reports can be delivered via email and third-party platforms such as Slack.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to access data of other users, using the Service for unlawful purposes, interfering with the proper functioning of the Service, or using the Service in violation of any applicable third-party platform terms (including Slack's Terms of Service and API Terms of Service).

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms, including Slack. By connecting your Slack workspace to Big Edits, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have the authority to authorize third-party apps for your Slack workspace.
• The Service will only use Slack permissions to deliver reports to channels you specify.
• Bread and Circuses does not read, store, or process Slack messages, files, or user data beyond what is necessary for authentication and report delivery.
• You may disconnect the integration at any time, which will immediately stop report delivery and trigger deletion of stored Slack credentials.
• Your use of Slack remains subject to Slack's Terms of Service.

6. Subscription & Billing

Paid features are available through subscription plans. Billing occurs on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bread and Circuses. Content gathered from third-party websites remains the intellectual property of its respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bread and Circuses shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to issues arising from third-party platform integrations. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
